Cmon man, you can’t give the WR a 2 hand shove in the chest 20 yards down the field. The missed offensive interference was a bad call, but the ones on the Pitt defense are because they can’t keep their hands off the receivers. It’s all on them.

No reason Pitt can’t try and throw the deep pass against one on one coverage as well.

Pitt needs to adjust on the blitz looks and have the guys make the aggressive moves a yard off the LOS. NCSU is clearly game planning the jumps on the OL. Make them jump when nothing is there. It will start to cause confusion if the Pitt D stays disciplined with their distance.

I think a fair complaint is that they did not apply that standard on the last Pitt 3rd down failed conversion. The NCSU back was clearly early and had his hands on the Pitt receiver.

I don’t like how they are calling PI in this game but Pitt needs to adjust to it. The inconsistency on calls is more problematic and troubling.
