They could use that play to show officials, if that happens it's a penalty. Except it was so obviously one that it wouldn't be of much use in that scenario.

I also understand when a DL is chasing down a running play -
When they are diving for a tackle their crown isn’t up.
It’s a stupid rule on a runner within the tackles - from behind

He hasn’t always been accurate: Some passes are a bit behind his receivers and some were overthrown, but most are close enough that his receivers should still be able to make the catch.

I’m more impressed about seeing him throw more passes down field and seeing him look confidence again (like he did in the WC and Tennessee game). I am also liking how he is getting the ball out a little faster. North Carolina’s DBs aren’t looking all that good- Pitt needs to keep taking advantage of that weakness.

Yes but why did we completely abandon what was working with that drive with about 3 left? I don't understand the play calling sometimes.
