This is exactly what I thought ... maybe he looks svelte but there seems to be some conditioning issues this game.
There is very little structure to what we do at either end of the floor. They don’t do anything to try to work the ball for an layup or high percentage shot. Seems that every player has the permanent green light to shoot or go one on one offensively, and defensively guys are getting drawn to the ball and away from their spot or man constantly.
There's a difference between "cold" and well defended by the other team. It's been much more of the latter.

Florida has been good I won't take anything away from them. But they weren't defending Blake when he was at the free throw line.
Disagree. One guy got hot because we let him open. Their inside game is nice,but, they looked good because we are woefully weak inside. We made Tyrese Samuel look like Joel Embiid. Games like this take the wind out of the fans sails, at least mine. Seeing how we faired against a real team with real men, is sobering. We can get better, but, if we don't shoot lights out in these types of games we just can't win because we just have no inside game.
WTH you fouling and ruining our net by two more points Hinson…also left so many at the line. It is a wake up call. Beat OSU and hope UF beats Baylor.
If the refs allow UF to play as physical as they did today they have a chance. If not they’ll get blown out

They were tonight though. Bad combo of Hinson missing a lot of FT, and UF having minimal turnovers (8). They had 20 against FSU and 16 against UVA. Their earlier competitive games likely helped. Pitt should rebound Friday.
Yup. Said that in another thread. Hopefully it’s just a slump that he gets out of and it’s not a season long funk
I didn't watch Baylor, but, if they have a few inside players that are quicker and stronger than what we have, they will beat Florida. I was not impressed by Florida, except for their defense. I don't think they will have Baylor taking a bunch of bad shots like we did. Plus the refs will likely call the championship game a bit tighter, which won't help Florida.
