Hugely deserves to be benched for not helping on D then yelling at his teammates. I rarely say this, but I just don't like this kid. His attitude with the refs, his teammates, his visible frustration with the big guy on Vanderbilt outplaying him is toxic.
Stallings is a better coach than Capel. He is awful.
Stackhouse is a better coach than Capel.

Look at Pitt's body language, they have given up. Heather should fire Capel before ACC play starts.
Just a shooting mismatch today. We have been better with turnovers and free throws. We can't make 3s and we can't stop others from going off on us.

At least Capel has a better looking haircut tonight. The barnstormer look didn't look good on him.
Vanderbilt has been equally as bad as Pitt recently, if not worse. Vandy has 6 SEC wins in the last 3 seasons.

Maybe Capel and his coaches can quit dressing like they are cafeteria workers and start taking things seriously by looking presentable. If you're a slob and sloppy at the top, it filters down. Sorry, there's no way out of this until this bum is canned.

This team sucks. And it would be better with Sibande and Horton but it would still stink. And there are zero 2022 recruits. Other than money, there’s absolutely no reason for him to be here.
3 to 6 wins max. 1 acc win is also max. There is nothing here on the court, but, even less roaming the Pitt bench. Not sure how to start again. Maybe it is time to self impose a 3 year death penalty on our program. I know if I have to watch this much longer, I will surely die.
That's why I asked. The buyout is pretty high but with how this program looks I just can't see him being brought back for a 5th year.
