--How 'bout Pitt going to the hurry-up offense on a couple of plays. Course the next plays didn't gain anything, but nice to know we can line up and get a play off quick if we have to... Or was that just to give opponents something to think about???

--I found it a bit weird that Pitt would huddle so close to the line of scrimmage, then break the huddle and the OLine would sort of "run" to their spots, which was like two steps... Just seemed odd.

--Was hoping to see Aaron Mathews, but if he got in, I missed him. Same for Moss at RB.

--Nice to see Webb make some plays - like his pass break up on one play and his INT on the next play...

--Araujo-Lopes didn't do himself any favors by not coming up with the one pass thrown his way.

--Noticed that Canada seemed to like to bring in #84 Zack Poker and #55 Jaryd Jones-Smith as a package. I was expecting to see Connor Dintino used in the jumbo backfield like they did last season...

--Nice to see Jester W. get some catches and he looked pretty comfy on the shorter stuff; but he still looks awkward and has trouble adjusting to deeper throws. With his size, he just needs to keep running and go up strong for the ball - give himself a chance, or at least provide a chance for a penalty call.

--I counted 26 cases of double uniform numbers on the Pitt roster. I think this means we have too many players on the team. ;-) The worst double number is #29 - worn by both Oluwaseun Idowu (now our starting OLB) and RB Rachid Ibrahim. One of them was a gunner on the kick return team, but I couldn't tell you which one it was.

--Great to be 1-0; but would be a quantum leap to be 2-0.

Go Pitt.

Watched the replay on Root. For some reason #84 did not have a name on the back of his jersey...

Go Pitt.

Chris reported that Dintino switched jersey to 84 during game to play fullback in jumbo. Poker wasn't dressed.
