That 58-0 skull dragging should really capture the NY market.
They are truly terrible!Great minds must think alike!
I can't see Rutgers ever have a run like they did with Schiano; let alone having a team in contention of winning anything.
A big part of the issue at Rutger's is the wasteful spending. You won't receive a full payout from the B1G for at least (2?) more years. Until you fix that, it's going to be a long uphill climb. This thread came up in my Yahoo news feed so I admit I was curious of what it would be like. I usual don't post or respond on other team's boards. Anyway...
I would prefer that we were good right now or playing Eastern rivals. However, with the departure of everyone else it was a fight for survival. Fortunately, our potential was seen by the Big 10 and we received a golden ticket. It may take a decade to build up the infrastructure, facilities and recruiting to compete but it will be worth it. Even if we can never compete in one of the hardest divisions in football, it will still be worth it in my view to be a survivor and not FCS worthy.
We suck now because of Schiano's departure and a lack of vision when it comes to our AD's. Not many teams would do well playing top 10 teams week after week at this point in the season for that matter. Good luck with the rest of your season. Love your coach, FWIW.

Maryland destroyed Purdue today. Why is Purdue in the Big 10?
