Tomlin isn't stupid. Why would he agree to be traded knowing that his new team would need to give up multiple high rounds draft picks? It would be a huge win for the Steelers.

Maybe, but I still think that sets you behind by giving up those picks. I would rather just find another coach. But, some orgs like Bears have demonstrated that they are consistently stupid.
