Lost 6-4 in OT. Started strong take down the first 10 seconds wrote out the first. At 2:30 Build up in riding time. Was down to start the second. Got a lock hands against the other kid 3-0 Pitt. But the kid rode him out even though Jared was very active on the bottom. He chose neutral in the third. Got taken down. and then shut made the shot in overtime was in deep but the kid countered it and ended up on top.

weird sequence of events with the locked hands. I was expecting Jared to lock up that cradle and at the very least get a reversal but perhaps put him on his back but the ref stopped it...

Its amazing how consistently Pitt disappoints in big situations. Pitt football...Pitt Volleyball...and now Pitt Wrestling.

Micky, Nino, and Meech all lose in the semis, Micky and Meech to lower seeded wrestlers. Harvey wins his semi against a higher seeded guy, so at least we have one finalist. Harvey is going to face Carter Starocci from PSU in the finals
