and if both the men's and women's Pitt BB teams end up as NIT invitees ... allowing for the fact that both should be higher seeds and have a first round home game, is there any scenario that could have them play these games as a "double-header"? Do the two events occur simultaneously? What about the chances of another school's men's and women's teams playing at Pitt, and help them save a few travel $$?
Thoughts/comments? Been too long since I followed the NIT or WNIT so I don't know their format or timing, other than the higher seeds get a first and/or second round home game
