When in the last 20 years has Pitt ever signed what was viewed as top offensive skill position talent? Shady McCoy/Jonathan Baldwin maybe?

I would say Tyler Boyd probably fit that.

And this is a huge change from the last 20 years or so? Other than striking gold occasionally, Pitt isn't exactly a destination school for kids with lots of stars.
