I'm going to kick myself for posting this in game, given our propensity for second half collapses, but FSU isn't very good. If they sleep walk through this, we could make it close and steal one.
Did anyone hear that? Parker Stewart closing in on Sean Miller's freshman record for 3s. The kid has had a very solid year buried in all of this misery.
Not to take anything away from these kids because they really tried. But with 2 of FSU's best players sitting, I'm not sure this tells us a whole lot of anything. If the 2 FSU guys had played, what would the point differential have been? 25? 30?
There are only 3 games left, including the one in the ACC Tournament. Of those 3, we might have a slim chance of beating someone when we play WF. Maybe. I hope the kids get the chance to feel what it feels like to be on the winning side before the season is over.
