Austin DeSanto may be a horse’s ass, but he can wrestle. He beat Suriano 6-4, scoring the winning takedown with 1.5 seconds remaining. Iowa rolled over Rutgers, 30-6, winning 8 matches. Spencer Lee won one of them at 125, with a pin at 38 seconds.

Although Blair Academy beat Wyoming Seminary in a match between the top two private school teams, Blair Academy’s #1 ranked 132 pounder was pinned in 24 seconds by the #7 ranked wrestler from Wyoming Seminary. I believe the Blair wrestler is a PSU commit.

I hate the private academies in sports. It defeats the wno.e idea of community.

Btw, I got Van Ness confused with another Blair Academy wrestler. He is a sophomore and hasn’t verballed to anyone. The other Blair wrestler also is #1 at his weight class. The announcer said he had committed to PSU, but Intermat says he signed with Penn.
