The Program should be farther along than this

I liked Duzz and I don't blame everything on him but I just can't see this program being a top 25 team. If I'm not mistaken Duzz is getting paid like a top 25 coach.

I don't know what he gets paid, but I don't know any coach who has been with the same team as long as he has losing the way his teams lose.

I believe I saw he was somewhere in the mid 30s for salary. Shouldn’t be hard to find on the old google machine.
