We need to go all in to stop the bleeding. We need to return to the Tourney next season. It is time to make next year's team as strong as possible and still have scholarships to give in 2016.

A staff change is also needed - Recruiting must improve

One can say that many of the players who have failed were Herrion recruits or someone else's recruits but the fact remains that the current staff has not be able to rectify those failures with replacement recruits.

Expending all that energy on three guys that will be here for a year is a terrible idea.

Agree. No one is ever very good in their first year at Pitt. Maybe Blair; Adams no (would've been if he stayed a second year.) Jeter may be good next year, but wasn't this year.

But we are so desparate at the 2 and the 5 that a decent plug-in one year player is actually needed. Best of a bad situation.
