What Power 5 ticket office is closed at 12:15 pm on a Friday, especially when said athletic department has a men's basketball game tonight. Better yet, what Power 5 ticket office has a voice mail stating that they are open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, yet, it's a Friday, it's 12:15 pm and no one apparently is working.

Lol, I have season tickets for like 4 sports, including basketball, but I just wanted to get more info about my football seats. About 5-6 weeks ago, the ticket office called me, said I couldn't sit in my football seats next year, and I just wanted to get the lay of the land to see what my options were. I guess the entire office may have been in a meeting, during lunch, on a Friday, the afternoon before a basketball game.
A reasonable manager would know not to have every employee out on lunch at the same time. But, we are taking about the Pitt ticket office, so everything is pretty much on the table

Or maybe the office is closed for Covid. Man those were the days. Could get through Bethel Park in 10 minutes back then. Now it takes at least an hour.
