Tournament Game Times in Pittsburgh

I'm going down so I guess its better than the better games are in the afternoon because that will keep the prices down. That Houston/Illinois doubleheader. Yuck!!!! Not real happy with the matchups. Loyola vs Nova is the only saving grace.
Oh, I disagree. UAB might be the most fun team to watch in the field - Pgh will love Jelly Walker. You know one of Illinois or Houston, or maybe both, will be in a real battle. I think if you are going the first day, you don’t really want two 2 seeds, because you will probably get 2 blowouts. There’s a chance both night games are close and Loyola/Ohio St might be the best 1st rd game on the board.

Illinois is fun but I cant shake the boring B10 persona from years ago. I still view them as football schools trying to play hoops even though they make the ACC look like the NEC. And Houston, good team, but shitty brand for a 5 seed. Cant get excited about them or UAB.

Rather than worrying about their "brand", why not pay attention to whether or not they can play basketball?

I mean if you are going to the games, wouldn't you rather see a good game between two "non-brands" than a shitty game between two "brands"?

Just shows he doesn’t have a clue. Those 4 games are legit!

I mean I'd rather see Houston vs UAB than Georgetown vs NC State, sure, but for the NCAA Tournament in person, I want to see brands. I hate Nova but they're a brand. OSU is. Loyola basically is the new "old Gonzaga," so I like that. Illinois has Cockburn and Curbelo. But, Houston, yea, really good team, but not excited to see them.

Just wait for UAB. I sorta wish like UConn was here to play them just being more of a marquee name as the 5 seed, but I was trying to figure out yesterday how UAB could get here and it just didn’t work because they were always going to be on the 12 line. I’d much rather watch Houston UAB than Houston and the winner of like a play in game. One of Chattanooga or UAB will win, I think that’s a likely outcome.

Also, I think you want “brands” for Sunday. Not Friday. If you’re only going to the Friday games (which I am), I’d much rather see 3 close games than like Duke Brand and Kentucky Brand win games by 30 points each. That’s not fun.

Exactly. Why do you want to see brand teams play crappy games instead of non-brand teams play good ones? Who wants to spend money watching Villanova beat Delaware by 27, unless you are a Villanova or Delaware fan?

Your 1st mistake is actually believing the FRAUD is going to go to the games. He’s the same guy that can’t afford to buy 6$ Pitt tickets off of Stub Hub, yet he travels all over to go to games over the years.

The Guy is a Pathological Liar
