I hope so. My cable listing says ND @ Wake. And I don’t even think WTAE has a program listing on their website. I know this is the Pittsburgh market, but I don’t trust these clowns.
Who is your cable provider?
My cable provider's guide for WTAE Channel 4 shows the Pitt game starting at 12:20.
The official Pitt site also lists the game as being carried by WTAE Channel 4.

It is listed that way on DirecTV. I called WTAE programming and she said Pitt is the game being shown.
Stream every game ever played of any sport at bosscast.net and use a usb cable to have it play on your tv.

Yup. I use the Reddit site and it works great. You can find just about anything it; live tv, movies, etc. It’s gotten to the point where we don’t need cable anymore.
Free. It’s a much larger website than just streaming (I’d call it a mega message board), but their “sub-Reddits” have sites dedicated to linking streams for just about every game you can think of. Follow the link that Zimmerman attached and you can check it out.

The ND at Wake game is going to be on ABC, and the Pitt at UNC game will be on NBC.
UNC is typically one of the games for Pitt that it would be better not to be easily accessible on regular TV, even though a road game. Let the diehards find it on Hoodoo or Frodostick or Schwing or whatever. Leave it obscure for the general public. If we win, great, if we lose, as per usual with UNC, better if the mainstream isn't even aware. 
Check your listing again. My Comcast listing had the ND game listed earlier in the week but that has been changed and now it has the Pitt game listed.
