Elliott does not have a snap throw. He also is not a truly precise passer at any range. But he is far from all the problems. We have receivers that are running sloppy routes, and even Anthony Ratliiff-Williams, who will have an NFL career, has 3 or 4 drops in the 2 games. RB p[lay has been inconsistent, to say the least: Elliott lead the team in rushing at Cal with 52 yards.
Fixing Elliott won't fix the offense, and fixing the offense won't fix the defense.
