My two favorite quotes from the post match press conferences:

#1 - Olivia Babcock: When Rachel says “Let’s go!”,you go.

#2 - SC Coach talking about Dan Fisher’s success at Pitt: It’s nice to see such success come to one of the good guys in our sport.

Rachel was more animated this match. That's important. I think the team looks to her to set the tone. She needs to become more vocal.

I agree. But I’ll also say this. What the USC player said about her teammate at the end of the presser was one of the most articulate and complimentary things I have ever heard a college athlete, or any athlete really, say about a teammate. Kudos to her, and kudos to the USC hitter for leaving such an impression on her coaches and teammates, and a mark on the program.
