The ACC is a step above mid-major for volleyball so is this that surprising?
actually based on the ACC volleyball perception, I'm surprised Pitt didn't drop further. It seemed their upward movement was semi-capped (ala UCF in football) and I expected the bottom to fall out when/if they lost.
I'm actually surprised they didn't fall further. Just keep winning.
On the upside, that loss might have gotten the ACC an extra bid to the tournament. Only going to change the perception by getting teams in the tournament and doing some damage there. Duke's RPI is up to 35 I think.
