We played really good games though. Definitely better than most posters thought we would play
If competing against the likes of Penn State, OK St, and UNC are too much for this program, then shut the program down.
Those are three average programs. As it stands right now, Pitt is below average. Pitt just has to get better. Period.

While I understand that you are frustrated with the outcome , trust me I am too having traveled to the game to see the collapse in person, this comment isn't even close to true. PITT just beat PSU,and best UNC a few years ago.

It was tough because they were back to back to back and the last two on the road. Put marshall in where NC was and it isn't as bad. I had NC(2),OK ST(4) and PSU(6) as 3 of our toughest 6 games. I thought 1-2 in this 3 game stretch was acceptable and probably set us up for 7 wins. 2-1 would have been good and set us up for a pretty good season and 3-0 would have been great.

agree. this fan base should be above looking for moral victories after games like that. We are the better team for 3 and a half quarters and then look like a dung heep for the last half quarter.
