Why did BC not run those big sets more?

I wasn't super focus on the game, didn't see every play, but it looked to me like BC could have just gone with the big set every play and it would have won them the game.

yeah, weird. they could have done what syracuse did to us if they just kept running the ball. they were running it right down our throats, no clue why they went away from it.

It seems as if BC didn't pay much attention to the Pitt-Syracuse game tape. The BC coaches should have just followed that formula.

There were a few plays on 1st down Pitt started stuffing it for minimal gains leaving them 2nd and 3rd and long, so they started going away from it.

#50 for us, swung around the end into the backfield and was catching them from behind before they could get going.

That was pretty much their bread and butter all night. They really only got away from it when down & distance dictated.

Pitt actually tackled ball carriers last night.
