Why does PSU keep getting away with this?

A new article on BuzzFeed details the difficulties that Fox is having with marketing Birth of a Nation, reportedly a great film, due to allegations of rape by its director and star, Nate Parker while a sophomore on PSU's wrestling team. Fox apparently never looked into the allegations prior to making a financial commitment. PSU as always looked the other way and denied, denied, denied.
Among the points that author Anne Petersen makes:

3.)
That Parker’s alleged abuse took place on a college campus — the current flashpoint when it comes to malfeasance and mishandling of sexual abuse and sexual abuse victims — and that the university’s claims that they properly handled the casewould be called into question.

4.) That at Penn State, Parker was a member of the wrestling team, and the suit against Penn State for mishandling the Parker case took place just as the university was beginning to investigate football coach Jerry Sandusky, who was later found to have molested eight boys over the course of his tenure at the school.

They don't anymore, clearly everyone's past now can catch up with them far later just like what happen to Sandusky, Briles Program Behavior, Paterno's 1971 not just 1998 Victim Allegations even Ken Starr just resign as a Baylor Law Professor yesterday after he resigned as Baylor President earlier?

Again, Penn State is being judged before Penn State 2012 Reforms have been put in to make it a Model of Compliance on Title IX-Clery Act, NCAA Rules, Athletic Integrity Agreement, and University Undisclosed Conflicts of Interests among all including the Trustees.

I give Penn State University credit for correcting their past just like any University like USC, ND, Bama, and many more including Pitt in 1990s. I also credit others like the Joe Paterno's Coaching and his Famiiy that done some great things as well, and to judge all of them as bad, is just s bad as judging everyone else over and over. Even Sandusky was Great Coach but did horrible things to children.

I welcome a 2012 Reform Penn State still dealing with fall out from a time earlier that thought it did every thing right, and everyone else did everything wrong, only to find out, that can happen when One Person gets bigger than any University, refuses to retire, and end sup hurting the very thing he cared most about, but forgot how winning 409 was not always done right at times?

I keep saying Penn State deserves compliments on how Penn State is now leading the way showing how to overcome any past wrongs, still dealing with the scandal, and always will as more come outs, but even some Victim's still are PSU Fans as many Catholic Victim's still choose to be Catholic?

I understand and accept others may differ from my own views on seeing that everyone has a Divine Light within all of us, and up to us all to realize we all of flaws and all, especially when we are young with zeal, and old with judgments that watch as the world changes on many social issues that now demand cultural tolerance, diversity, and acceptance that used to be shamed out of society.

Pitt and Penn State are playing again and hope all are civil among one another even as we see either one of our Teams winning and losing during the upcoming game.

Pitt Fans took a lot of crap from PSU Fans, but PSU Fans are now getting back for doing that too. Just like what happens at Auburn-Bama (Tree Poisoning), Michigan-MSU (Inter-State Rivalry), USC-UCLA (Urban Rivalry), UM-OSU (Conference Rivalry), and all that happens is cycles of winning and losing should stay on the field, and look forward to next year and years beyond.

I say and judge so looking at my own errors of zeal, passion, and knowing I need to continue to learn, share and enjoy others views too. Additionally, defend and accept your own right to post what you choose and that does not make you wrong speaking your own mind in your own way above too!

Pitt, Penn State, Temple, and West Virginia are better together and should play as often as possible!
