LOL! Hardly. Unless you call people disagreeing as hate speech. I rarely if ever saw true hate speech on this board, either implied or blatant. 99% of the people on this board, you included, are civil, decent, intelligent people. There are a couple of exceptions. But it hardly accounts for prevalent and open hate speech, as you incorrectly put it.
