UVA loss on PN and staff

You’re nuts. The idea of UVA football being the beneficiary of an ACC officiating conspiracy to hurt a 7-1 potential playoff team so that UVA had a chance to be eligible for the Lume Poop Bowl
in Gary IN is beyond laughable. That program, is, has always been and will always be totally irrelevant in the college football all lexicon.
Wait a minute didn't Virginia go for Harris but PA went for Trump? Refs have ties with the CIA. Russian oligarchs are major donors to U VA.... I smell a conspiracy.

The new AD

Someone close to the athletic department described ti me our AD as a "return on investment" administrator....which makes sense if you look at the Victory Heights money toilet.

No doubt he will question the ROI of keeping Narduzzi.

I am hoping they repurpose the Heatherena into a football team fun factory for recruiting purposes. Mini golf, pickleball, barber shops, recording studios, Tiktok studio, etc. What we don't need is a 2nd volleyball arena.

UVA loss on PN and staff

If Holstein doesn’t get cheap shotted we win.
If they would have got a hand on the edge guy or varied the snap count on Saul's field goal that was blocked, we probably win easily. However, we are Pitt, and any Pitt fan with years of experience, knows to expect mistakes like this that cost us games. As a fan now for so long, I have watched this game so many times before and knew the outcome long before it was actually over. It is the same over and over and over again. Does the Wake game from last year ring a bell? It's the Murphy's law thing, I think the guy was a Pitt fan who created the law while watching Pitt football.

Narduzzi is trash

The O line was very solid in 2021, we don't win the ACC if it wasn't. Now 2021 feels like forever and the game has changed since then with evolving NIL, but it really was not that long ago.

It wasn't awful in 2021, but it was far from being anything special. As evidenced by the fact that they all returned in 2022 and got mauled the first two games of the season, against Louisville, etc. (I know they had some injuries, but still).

The new AD

In light of what has been reported as to the reasons HL was let go, that’s not surprising. Finances are more important than ever with how college athletics are structured now.

He’ll look at everything. It’s the job of the HC’s of every sport to perform well and succeed with the resources available to them. The AD will set the criteria for what he expects and then do an annual performance evaluation accordingly. Duzz included.

Narduzzi is trash

Ya it seems like he’d be a great head coach in the 90s but not in today’s game. Seems clueless with all the changes in college football

My biggest complain is the defense. Virginia had it 2nd and 25, then 3rd and like 12 or more. Should have easily got them off the field in that situation. Instead, as is typical with Narduzzi, he continues to blitz leaving WR's running free. Virginia converted and I thought that was pretty much it at that point.

I can't complain about offense with Narduzzi since he realizes he is clueless on that side of the ball and lets the OC run the show. I can complain about the hires and Bell is looking like he will soon be joining the long line of losers in that role.

Narduzzi is trash

But the o line blows, it has blown for a long time, and I'm tired of hearing about how "different" o line recruiting is when Narduzzi lands his traditional allotment of low G5 3-stars at those positions. No, it's not different. And our coach sucks at recruiting it.
