Some of them. Not all of them. And in any event, what difference does that make? Pitt is offering cheap tickets in an attempt to get more people at the game. Penn State had people buy a bunch of cheap tickets that they then gave away to others for free in order to get more people at the game. Where is the big difference there?

In the spirit of support and living in NC I purchased 12 tickets for the low price the other nite. Told the ticket lady to make sure she fills those seats with vocal Pitt Fans.

Funny for all the talk about 6 buck tickets, mine sold on stubhub yet again for 50 per ticket.
And for the record giving away free $30 tickets by simply saying you had a relative in the military to artificially inflate attendance screams small time program to me

Attendance was announced at 43k, but I was there and that is extremely padded. I would guess 29k.
