Did those guys play intramural BB at Pitt, or did Narduzzi not allow it?. At the other school I got my bachelor's degree from. some of the football players (with basketball backgrounds) were really tearing it up in the intramural league, to the point we felt some of them could really help the varsity..

Football players played IM bball and pickup at Trees when I was there.

DiPaola asked Narduzzi about his experience with 2 sport athletes and he jokes he didn't have a problem if Dane Jackson wanted to go help out the bball team.

In reality, it would have to be a post-guy. Someone like a Charles Reeves, who even at 6'5 could maybe take up space and rebound.

Of course, I was long gone from Temple by the time Adam DiMichele was there, but folks on hat Rivals board speculated that the best point guard on campus was limited to shoulder pads.
