With Addison supposedly getting $3.5 million and NFL having a rookie pay scale based on where you're drafted, will boosters offer more than you can get as an NFL rookie, to convince players to stay in college an extra year or two?

Yes. Maybe not Addison but there will be plenty of players who delay the NFL for their booster pay for play deals.

Yeah, suppose you just finished your junior year at somewhere like Bama and the draft gurus are saying you're probably a 3rd or 4th round pick, but your NIL is 7 figures and you can get more if you stay another year, you'd have to consider that.

Outside of QBs, I couldn't imagine many third- or fourth-round prospects getting 7 figures in pay-for-play deals. Boosters are going to want star players that are day one or early day two selections. QB is about the only position in college football where you can be very good and yet not be a legitimate NFL prospect.
