Nope. Nobody is coaching Pitt (or almost any team) for a discount. If anybody wants Duzz and will pay him significantly more and Pitt wont match, he's gone. That's how this business works. That said, I dont think MSU wants him

Fickell is staying at Cincinnati turning down more money so you are wrong yet again. Coaches may stay for other reasons, it is not always about money. I said it before but a buffoon like you can't comprehend it - once you earn a certain level, the money becomes irrelevant. Whether you have $20 million in earnings or $30 million will not impact your standard of living

Now some people may always jump for more money - but others will opt for stability. working relationships, etc.
