Bipartisan Support for Early In-Person Voting, Voter ID, Election Day National Holiday
But partisan divides grow wider on other proposals such as voting by mail, automatic voter registration and registering on Election Day.www.pewresearch.org

Yes. That is the 80/20 I already mentioned.
What is strange is that Dem leadership opposes it, supporting people like Marc Elias suing every time it comes up.

I have not referenced the SAVE Act a single time. They dont support bills like the "SAVE" Act, because it's a bill that would require all Americans to provide a birth certificate, passport, or one of a few other citizenship documents every time in person they register or re-register to vote.
Obviously, this is a bill to make voting more difficult than it needs to be verses a voter ID bill. I think even you can see the difference.
