Peckerhead should have caught the ball. He also missed a big block earlier. But yeah - Hail Mary would have probably been better in that situation.
Just maybe they should’ve entered the season with a #2 receiver. I’m not even sure if any of these guys are a legitimate #3 on most teams. Inexcusable

Fields is managing games well and using the middle of the field. It's not like he's playing with all star talent around him either. I don't think Russ Wilson has a job here anymore.
Not to be negative when the Steelers are 3-0, but these early games were must wins if they are going to make the playoffs. Schedule this year is seriously backloaded.

I'll take 3-0, but I don't know that I can accept them as a good team just yet. The schedule has helped, and it seemed like Los Angeles lost its top four players today.

he's an average te, cant really block but decent route runner with average hands. def belongs on an nfl roster, but we over drafted him and really shouldnt have extended him.

I agree (and so does PFF, as he has a 60.9 grade this season), but it's weird how much he escapes scrutiny - and even gets rewarded - for basically being a JAG.

I agree. Freiermuth is a jackass and drops or fumbles critical passes.
I don’t root against Hoopies when they play for the Steelers. Most of them are pretty scrappy.
It was fine trading Johnson and they did get a starting CB out of that deal. They needed to sign a veteran receiver to fill the void left after that trade.
