GTFOH!

Are fans allowed to attend? I wonder if $54.99 is the cost of a general admission ticket.

Honestly if Austin peay wasn't on the acc network and if pitt offered this stream at this price, I would pay with no reservations at all.
Not me. For $54.99, I’d wait for the replay. I’ve waited forever for sports another few hours isn’t going to change my life.

Not saying I would not pay to view games. I believe I would wait, hopefully bigger more marquee games, as wins pile up. However, I am completely happy and comfortable listening to games on radio.

I hope that doesn't set a precedent for future college games. If they can get $54.99 for that crap, then what will they start asking for a major bowl game or the playoffs???

I've said it before, when we finally get to a full "a la carte" television world sports fans are going to be paying waaaaaaay more money to watch their teams than they do now. This is just further evidence of that.

The sports channels are big-time subsidized by other cable viewers who pay for a bunch of stuff they don't watch. I think full a la carte sports viewing will decrease the money for many schools as viewers will make a cost decision on the value for the money of paying direct for the content.

I drop 350 plus gas, tolls, etc for going to games. If I had to pay 55 for each game hypothetically, it would be the same cost...maybe cheaper.
