How would you run an offense for this Pitt team

We’ve all spent lots of time talking about this offensive game plan either doesn’t exist or just flat out stinks.

Given that there is at least something that resembles offensive talent on this team, what would you do to increase the number of good looks for the good players? What would you do to get bub in a position to succeed?

I mean you screen, and screen off the ball and cut and move

Our offense is dribble dribble dribble pass jack up some jumpshot

Absolutely maddening watching teams run layup drills on us and get uncontested jump shots

No matter the offense, they have to shoot better than low 30s %
No consistent scorers….they get good looks but too many missed shots

They should probably get an entire new staff and then figure it out

It’s tough because they are able to get good shots from three but are clearly not a good shooting team. And there is very little to no interior scoring. And ur best player is in a month long slump.

I’m sure capel could be doing things better but his roster he constructed is just not any good.

Jacking threes and crashing the glass might not be a bad strategy given the roster. They lead the acc in offensive rebounds mostly because they have many opportunities due to missing almost every shot.

I’d start with not having 3 players simply standing still on every possession
