Pitt blew a two goal lead, but came back to beat UVA in OT in Charlottesville. Match was on ESPN Plus.

Perfect execution of a perfectly set up play on a corner, as Pitt defender Ordunez came into the box late, was unmarked as other Pitt players drew UVA defense away, and blasted in a header. Goalie had no chance.

There’s a thread from a week or so ago with some rumors. It seems semi-confirmed that he’s no longer a student at Pitt - the cause as to why is subject to rumor. The rumor with the most legs seems to be that there was a report of sexual misconduct against him.

The depth is a pleasant surprise - but it has to be a slightly minor surprise, given that Vidovich’s reputation is built on player development. It’s the sign that he’s building a very nice program here.
