Barcelona has 3 kits: Home, Away and a third one which they occasionally use for either home or away. So with two PSG kits, that would be 9.
Barca has played 3 matches this season and have worn a different kit in each. I suspect that was to help marketing. Last year, the third kit was pink; this year it is yellow. The yellow one was the away kit last year, but the new away kit is the best looking soccer kit I have seen since Barca’s centennial home kit, which had the old-style collars that I love. The Jersey is white with blue and garnet trim; the shorts are blue, with white and garnet trim, and the socks have blue and garnet wide horizontal stripes.
I just bought the jersey for myself. If I were younger and still playing, I would have bought the whole kit. I did buy one complete one for my one-year-old grand niece, along with a matching sun hat which is not part of the kit but is cool for a young child. When I visit in October, I plan to get pictures and video of her wearing the entire outfit and kicking a child’s soccer ball. She might live in Atlanta, but she is going to be a Barca fan. Or player.
By the way, I was lucky I bought the new ones before they wore them in a match. They wore them Sunday against Villareal and the store (which is maybe 50 meters from our apartment) already is sold out of almost all sizes of the shirt. The manager told me they had people waiting in line to buy them when he opened on Monday morning. (They don’t sell the Messi Miami jerseys there but they refer people to an “unofficial” Barca store across the street which does.)
I assume Argentina has an away kit, but I have never seen them play in anything other than the white and blue vertical stripes.
