I think that the Stockholm Syndrome still affects some of the Pitt fan base. We have been riding a ten month long wave of feel good with the football program. Some are waiting for the 2 ton gorilla to jump on our backs again and crush our souls.

Don't think it's happening this time. It's a new era at Pitt. PN is quickly becoming a coaching legend here and I have faith this new administration will do what it takes to keep coach here. We chased that 2 ton gorilla away; hopefully to State

Threads on this topic are beyond annoying. While I know Pitt has had significant coaching turnover in the past, we are in a different era with a different admin. and a different dynamic at work. So that being said, for gosh sake, do we have to keep raising this BS topic particularly in the midst of the best year we have had in ages with plenty of real FB topics to discuss?
