Pre NIL, if a recruit came for an unofficial visit, it was "supposed" to be on his dime. Since the advent of NIL, has this changed? For example, if I own a chain of restaurants in Western PA and I pay Pitt players to rep them, is it against NCAA rules for me to pay a recruit's way to visit Pitt?
