Finally got to watch the movie Air on Prime last night. I don’t remember ever seeing a thread on it here, so I’ll start one. I found it decent and a fairly entertaining watch. It was a bit simplistic as a story, but it was a nostalgic and educational ride.
My biggest takeaway was the portrayal of MJ’s mother. Not sure with Hollywood how accurate it was, but the most profound performance came from Viola Davis playing her. I think the theme of the movie was more about a mothers love for her child than anything else. She was a true Mama Bear.
Also like Jason Bateman in the film. One of my favorite actors. The film didn’t develop characters much, but worth the watch if you’re a basketball fan, marketing major, salesperson, CEO, or sneaker head.
