OT: "Do what I say, not what I do..."

Coaches should be given one year contracts, renewable based on performance. Pay can go up or down or the coach can be fired, based on results. I know the cries and whines will come from those who say there is a need for stability in that position. In the 21st century, everyone is a free agent...coaches and players. Players and fans will have to deal with it.

I'm sick and tired of the primadonna players and coaches.

Tremendous hypocrisy on his part, bravo!

Oh, i do think there's a germ of truth, a cynical willingness to quit or go back on one's word. Many more than ever are practiced at the art of deception. But, none more so that college coaches.

I don’t even necessarily disagree with his point about the value of a commitment. However, Fleck is a classic con artist. They will say and do whatever they need to say and do in any given circumstance and they don’t really care what they said or did before.

Now that Petrino is no longer around, Fleck might be my least favorite college football coach. Just seems like a creep.

Some might say that Fleck is not even the creepiest head football coach in his own conference. He may not even make the Top 2 in the Big Pretend.

Fleck is pretty much a turd. Within 3-4 years he will be canned and back looking for a job in a lower conference again.
