OT: NW Stadium renderings

man this looks pretty nice. 35k seems a tad small but im not too sure of NW's fanbase.. would absolutely love something like this if we had the room (and money)..

could do without the ice rink and santa village outside the stadium in the last pic, not sure what that's about..
