I have a 2014 Nissan Altima with push button start, Put the fob in my pocket, and all usually fine.
,Yesterday went out grocery shopping, got home, parked in driveway, popped the trunk, then couldn't get out of my car, everything went dead. Fortunate about 2 major factors, first my wife working from home, second, left my window cracked open about 2 inches. Was able to get the manual key out of my fob and pass it to my wife, she opened the door. I popped the hood and found the negative terminal hook up loose.
If i wouldn't have had my window cracked and at home with my wife there, I might have been up the crick, trying to break out a window or something.
Has anyone had a similar incident?
