Early congrats to the PENN Quakers. Beat Harvard and have 1 game left against the worst team in the Ivy which seals at least a share for the Ivy League Conference title.

This makes (At this point in time) PITT, Temple and of course PENN better than Penn St.

Best Penn team in a while. Harvard was considered one of the best FCS teams in the nation.

Penn very well could've beaten PSU if they played early in the year.

You forgot about Bucknell. PSU needed a late-game defensive stand to beat Army. Army needed a late-game trick play 80 yard TD to beat Bucknell

Right now I see Temple, Pitt, & Penn State as Toss Up Games if they played each other in Bowls! I love PENN and I am invited many time back there, but they are not in FBS Class?
