Worrying about the past attendance issues or the on/off campus stadium debate are the wrong things to focus on . First Pitt needs to win as many Fb games as possible . Next they need to actually win some meaningful games . While doing this they need to make their games a can't miss experience to the people who count ...the students . It might take them 10 yrs to turn thier games into the same kind of event that you'll find at PSU , but it all starts with winning and in the process finding ways to engage their students . There are no short term fixes they need to win over a prolonged period of time and create lifelong fans .
