If you want to read a Great Analysis Of Pitt's Program & Recruiting Past, Present & Future this combine with Chris Pitt's Peak Podcasts on Recruiting Is It! Both Chris Peak and Jerry DiPaola did a great job. Recruiting is one part and Coaching is the more important part in developing a Top 25 Program.

I'll do another Analysis of how Programs have 4 & 5 Stars Recruits currently on the Rosters after the NFL Draft. Last year Penn State had 27 in 2016 and increased that again, plus poised to do better in 2018. Still behind Top National Elites, but closing the gap and still behind Michigan and Ohio State. Pitt had only had 16 but needs way more depth and injuries can still affect Pitt in 2017 again. WVU had 11 but was good enough for a very weak Big-12 to end up 10-3 beating only 1 Top 25 Team in KSU!

The Top Programs BAMA, MICHIGAN, OSU, USC, ND, TEXAS, LSU, OU, FSU, FLORIDA, UTENN & CLEMSON and few more Programs have 50 to 60+ of 4 & 5 Stars Recruits! In the meantime, Pitt is rebuilding not only its Football Team but the entire Football Program and now on its 3rd Unknown OC & Athletic Director. All of Pitt Athletic is being rebuilt too, including Basketball. Clearly, the hiring of Scott Barnes & his Consultants have improved some aspects but those were "No Brain" Moves, and now Barnes' drain Pitt Buyouts Money & Raised future Buyout obligations.

It is good Barnes & his Collegiate Consultants are gone and that is on Chancellor Gallagher to fix now. Pitt is better for it in my opinion, others can differ. But don't tell me losing another OC & AD has not hurt Pitt and Barnes did great? Pitt Narduzzi still has a disadvantage of Football Program Instability in Rebuilding his Program Recruiting Staffing unlike PSU & WVU. However, it does not faze Coach Pat & staff in the least, they just continues to improve every Pitt Recruit & Player with little to none off the Gridiron problems at all.

Pitt's Athletic Integrity is actually better than PSU & WVU too. As well as, more Consensus All Americans too than PSU & WVU and that was without Athletic Directors that came and went. Pitt needs a Great Select in there next Athletic Director that knows how spend Pitt's ACC Money and find a better Consultant to help Pitt Pat & Staff to improve too. Pederson's Poison & Barnes Burning Buyout's Bad Consultants are not what Pitt is about anymore.

Dr. Juhl Committee needs to back up their Innovations Background and find an Athletic Director like they did Coach Pat Narduzzi tyhatw ants to come and stay at Pitt! They let Coach Narduzzi down in my opinion, and no shame in saying it. Coach Pat Narduzzi & Staff needs a Pitt Athletic Department with same Recruiting Staffing & Resources as others in the ACC with Athletic Director Stability. Those are facts not guesses or hunchs, just Poor People Selections! It will happen but Pitt must prove it!

..........Where's Pat today? Maryland? North Carolina? Florida? Narduzzi hit all three, efficiently hopping up and down the Atlantic coast on a Pitt booster's private airplane paid for by the university. Notice anything about that travel itinerary? Western Pennsylvania wasn't on it. Narduzzi's second exclusive recruiting class — he took the baton from Paul Chryst in 2015 — is almost complete. The national letter-of-intent signing day is Wednesday, and the breakdown of talent is surprising............Pitt's 2017 class is ranked eighth in the 14-team ACC and 36th nationally, one spot ahead of Texas. Pitt, by far, has signed more top-five WPIAL and City League players in the past 11 years than any school. It leads Penn State, 21-13, in that category. Pitt, however, has lost the top-rated WPIAL player in three of the past four years. Along with Wade, Woodland Hills running back Miles Sanders chose PSU in 2016 and Gateway defensive back Montae Nicholson chose Michigan State in 2014. The exception is Central Valley's Jordan Whitehead, who chose Pitt in 2015 and is a two-year starter at safety for the Panthers.......But Friedman doesn't believe losing a few local recruits will cause lasting problems for Pitt. “Pitt took some strides this year as a program,” he said, noting victories against Penn State and national champion Clemson. “There were a lot of good things that happened this year. Injuries really sabotaged the team toward the end, kind of took away a lot of its momentum. That hurt them, obviously, in the recruiting trail.”.......“The state of Florida is the deepest state for talent in the country,” Friedman said. “Yes, the top-tier guys are going to choose the in-state programs there or head to schools like Alabama or Georgia. “But each of those schools can only take 25 guys or so a year. Outside of those guys, there's a lot of talent there still to be had. “Whether or not those kids want to go to one of the in-state schools and wait their turn or head up to Pitt where they can maybe start for two or three years, Pitt can provide a pretty good option for them.”.......“They are attracting more eyeballs,” he said...........“There are some very good prospects in this class with a ton of potential, outside of Paris Ford who is the cream of the crop and could have gone anywhere nationally,” Friedman said. “I like Reeves. I've heard very good things about (Findlay, Ohio, athlete) Kyle Nunn. And (Oakhurst, N.J., quarterback) Kenny Pickett has a really good chance to develop in that system.” Friedman is especially optimistic about 6-foot-6, 320-pound offensive lineman Carter Warren of Wayne, N.J. “He has a great frame, and Pitt proved over the past couple years they know how to develop offensive linemen,” he said. “They have a couple of good ones (Adam Bisnowaty and Dorian Johnson) who are headed to the NFL Draft this year...................
