Pitt is 34th in AP and 26th in Coaches

Just to compare, I looked at Wichita State record vs ours; who they've defeated, losses, etc. While I know they are on everyone's watch list since running off 10 straight wins in conference, they are not playing ACC level opponents. Maybe they are that good, but a win over Utah at home in December is about the best they can show. I haven't watched the Shockers play, so I can't objectively comment if they are = to or > than or < than the Panthers at this stage of the season
Who cares. These rankings are so laughable. Michigan State is not a top ten team at the moment, not even close. Not even saying Pitt deserves to be ranked, they probably don't by their own merits, but they're still more deserving than over a handful of teams that are. I'm done with the rankings, I'll only pay attention to the number next to the teams when the brackets come out in March.
