Fumble aside, no sense of urgency from Narduzzi whatsoever. WTF?
Some of the secondaries under Wanny were dreadful, even worse than this. At least we have one or two good players in this secondary. Still, what an awful quarter.
Outside of the 2 fumbles, Pitt did not stop UNC in the 1st half. In the 3 drives that didnt end in a turnover, they have 2 TDs and a FG because they ran out of time.
It seems like UNC has a much better chance to stop our running game than we have to stop their passing game.
FWIW, ESPN says our win probably is 51.6% at half.

-Pitt lost 4 players off the defense 2 deep last year, 2 of those 4 were from the line. These guys have regressed back there in the secondary.
-North Carolina has had the ball for a total of 5 minutes in the first half and Pitt leads by 3. That's almost impossible to achieve.

Again, it is downright frightening that our young DBs cannot beat out these guys. Wow. They have to be pretty bad.
I think Ffrench has gotten snaps this year, but I'm not positive. I know for a fact Mathews at least played one snap against PSU, but I believe it was a running play.
I would bet the house that Hamlin would be playing a lot right now, probably even starting, if he wasn't hurt.
I'm really liking Moss here. But someone please, please tell me Conner isn't hurt.
Thank god. In that case, I really like how they're getting Moss in there. Personally I was thrilled when we got him, I don't give two damns about Miles Sanders.
