Honestly, I’d rather play in a half-empty Heinz Field each week than the minor league stadium Wake Forest plays in. No disrespect to them, but my mind always gets swayed away from a “right sized” on-campus stadium that other schools play in anytime we play in these types of games.
That may be a bit of an exaggeration, but I will say that I think Cignetti set the Pitt offense back several years.
It really looked like Flemister had the first down had he kept angling to the left, and instead turned right back into the defenders.
