Doubtful. Our zone doesn't move quickly enough. Giving up open threes. Despite the fact that Wake is historically one of the worst three point shooting teams, you have to realize that when guys "get in the zone" you have to play them differently. I would not go zone when guys are lighting you up from 3.

That is not the way that most teams play a 2-3 zone any more. Most teams expect the two forwards to guard all the way out to the three point line from the baseline up to the wing. Because if they don't, good ball reversal by the offense leads to a wide open three. That "baseline" defender opposite the ball is the only guy who can contest that shot.
