It's a short thread because a lot of people are at the game and a lot of people either don't know how to or don't care to take the time to watch it on an app.
Seriously....ESPN+? I can't even get the game unless I subscribe to that BS Disney+ service. Annoying as heck.
If u get ACCN, u could access the game on the ESPN app.
I don’t usually hate that, because 20 years ago those games were radio only. But you have to think this would have been on regular TV back then so annoying when it’s a rivalry game.
Through 4 games, our defensive efficiency is now ranked higher than our offensive efficiency. We are top 25 nationally in the country in both right now.
Pretty big surprise but I like it.
Offense will only get better when Delalic and company fully heal.
Jorge needs removed from the lineup. He brings nothing to the team. I dont understand why he keeps getting in the game first over other players.

I tried that and when I try to bring up the game it kicks me over to a subscribe page before I can access ESPN+.

Good, but not good enough and not in the same territory as 2011. Yet....
Jaland Lowe needs to step up. Better ball movement, better shot selection, less sticky with the basketball on offense, better offensive communication, and more patience on offense needed. The rest of our team can continue pushing the gas pedal down. Lowe needs brakes, lots and lots of brakes and patience on offense. We need last years Lowe, not Xavier Johnson hero ball. Way to much team offensive firepower for that.

Yeah there were very few negatives tonight, but Lowe needs to be more patient and stop trying to over dribble. I’m just glad he had a so-so night and it really didn’t matter in the long run.
This offense should be dynamite. Lowe needs to study Fields and Knight. This team is not desperate for scoring like the Krauser days when Krauser carried the offense. There is zero reason for anyone on this team to try to force on offense or carry the offense, it is balanced which is great. And he forced 2 games in a row. If Lowe focused on the offense, he could have put up 10 assists per game instead of bad shooting percentages. He needs to learn and Capel needs to shorten the leash with him just like he did with the bench tongiht.
This team needs Fields more than anyone. Leggett is or trying to be or is Wanamaker.. He has been a complete beast on both ends including leadership. Dunn is or is trying to become Burton. There are 2 weapons underneath not getting the looks and shots in Corhen and Guillermo. The guards need to do a better job getting them the ball. Krauser used to feed the bigs at will, even as a sophomore. Lowe doesn't trust the bigs enough or something is off. Corhen and Guillermo need more clean looks from the guards. Lowe is trying to take it upon himself and this team simply does not need that. Its early but man pass the dam ball there are options all over the floor to rack up assists.
You've touched on my two concerns at this point. I think Jaland is putting too much pressure on himself and getting a little bit frustrated. WVU seemed intent on keeping him from getting downhill. It worked but obviously our other guys made them pay. Starting to wonder if not having Bub around as another ball handler is a factor.
Second, I am not seeing any sets to get our bigs looks on the interior. We are going to need that in ACC play and to get where we want to get this year. At this point, we are largely just a jump shooting team, as we have been the last two years.
We also have to get Delalic going now. I really see a lot of Lamar Patterson in him. He looks to pass and facilitate and appears to have very good court vision. There was one play where he made a nice entry pass to Corhen on the interior even though it didn't end up in a basket. He needs some good run on Monday night.
