Pitt's next coach should absolutely focus on the mid-major grad transfer market. Some of these 22 - 24 year old men from the likes of Buffalo, Lipscomb, Marshall, etc. would probably love to play their final year or two in the big times of the ACC. This will take the pressure off the 18 yr old freshman 3-stars who have no business playing at such a young age in this brutal league.
